I have had the honor and privilege of knowing Larry D. Kump for over 30 years, and in that time I have never seen him do anything that wasn't above and beyond what I consider to be Honorable.
I retired from the Department of Defense after 36 years service and also was responsible for millions of dollars of government funds.
I take my approval of any person running for office very seriously.
I think a vote for Larry is a vote for Honesty, Integrity and a New Way for dealing with today's problems.
Give West Virginia new hope.
