This website is devoutly dedicated to all of Larry's friends and associates, both early and late, who have influenced and mentored him. However, it also should be noted that, being who they are, a majority of them have been late most of the time.

Ann, without a Doubt

I have known Larry D. Kump for 13 years, first as a co-worker and then as one who quickly became a friend.

During our years of working together, I have seen Larry persevere on issues not only important to him but to his co-workers as well.

Larry is an intelligent, dedicated, and honest individual.

I believe, without a doubt, that he will fight for what is important to the residents of West Virginia, holding his head high and proud, and not giving up until he has achieved his goal.

West Virginians will not regret voting for Mr. Larry D. Kump, West Virginia House of Delegates, 52nd District.
