Dear Friends & Fellow Citizens!
This personal plea comes to you and yours, simply because your involvement is needed to help us make a difference together in the pursuit of our individual liberty, as well as on behalf of our personal accountability and personal empowerment.
Simply put: Facing a declared Primary election opponent, I nevertheless have been persuaded to be a candidate for re-election as a Delegate in the West Virginia Legislature in 2014.
This decision was made because of my firm conviction and personal passion to continue to be an independent voice on behalf of our personal liberties and responsibilities.
Especially dear to my heart are those God-given rights and responsibilities promised to us by the 1st, 2nd, and 10th Amendments to our Constitution, including our personal property rights.
Those principles, along with the necessity for personal integrity by our elected officials, are the keys to our individual liberty and family prosperity.
To that end, we must continue to work together for a reduction in senseless spending, improvident programs, and counterproductive taxes and regulations.
Accordingly, donations to my re-election campaign are needed from you and other like-minded fellow citizens; who believe in these same principles of our individual liberty, personal accountability, and personal empowerment.
Simply put again: Will you help?

Working together to remain independent,
Postscriptum: Please help even more by sharing this plea with all of your family and friends. Add your personal encouragement for them to make their own contributions. AND, ask them to also pass along this call to action to even more others. (Visit the other entries at this website, http://www.larrykump.us, for my legislative news and views.)
Notice: Cash contributions will not be accepted. West Virginia law does not allow campaign contributions from West Virginia public employees (but this prohibition does not include members of their families). The law also requires that all contributions over $250 must include your postal mailing address, occupation, and the name of your employer. No Primary election contributions over $1,000 per person may be accepted.
