I am writing to urge your readers to consider voting for Larry Kump, who is running for election to the West Virginia House of Delegates District #52.
I have known Larry for several years and find him to be refreshingly honest and unassuming.
He is able to discuss differences of opinion with people without making politics personal and I feel he would do a lot to lessen the acerbic tone of political discourse in the Eastern Panhandle and the state as a whole.
He has a broad knowledge of West Virginia history and current affairs and is careful and honest in his deliberations about the issues which face this state and the nation.
I feel he is a candidate well worth your vote.
