Mr. Larry D. Kump, candidate for election to the West Virginia House of Delegates, was one of the speakers at a luncheon forum hosted by the West Virginia Citizens Defense League (WVCDL).
He spoke on our sacred Constitutional rights and liberties, with special focus on our individual rights the Second Amendment.
