Thornton Cooper's Legislative Proposal

Thornton,

I would be pleased and proud to support and even cosponsor your forthcoming legislative proposal to provide single member districts in the West Virginia House of Delegates.

Furthermore, we should go and do likewise with the West Virginia State Senate districts.

Delegate Larry D. Kump

  1. For decades, Charleston has been corrupted by Personal, Political, Special Interest Agendas, stomping on what is best for the people and the state, the People's agenda.
West Virginia is ranked 49th in the nation in economic prosperity and is one of only 4 states to receive an "F" in public school student achievement.
The Democrats have been in charge of West Virginia government for 70 years. They are either unwilling or unable to improve the plight of the people. What can we do about it?
